VIDEO PRODUCTION “FACING NORTH”
Production of a 12-minute image video with 20 state-of-the-art eyewear labels. They filmed in the studio and in the streets of Berlin. The People Sequences were supplemented with architectural shots of on-the-ground and drone cameras. The film with its catchy music and the mysterious interaction of the protagonists is currently the most comprehensive image film work published in the eyewear industry to date.

Klar Augenoptik from Darmstadt has provided us with their favourite summer 2018 models for SPECTR Magazine #23. We put these into scenes with a special focus on the product in a studio shooting.
Social Media Campaign Shoot
For Reebok’s social media campaign for the barber-themed “Clip ‘n’ Trim” pack, we were asked to produce fitting campaign photos. In order to bring across the barber theme without sacrificing the clean design language we opted for a simple graphic background. Blue and white stripes are associated with the „barber pole“. By inserting additional monochrome elements such as scissors, we told the story without distracting from the shoes.
SALT. / SPECTR
CGI / HYBRID SHOOT
Photography is changing constantly. Analog became digital and digital becomes virtual. In the SALT. collection shoot we let the models act in concrete landscapes designed with CGI (Computer Generated Imagery). The hybrid shooting combines real and studio-photographed actors with virtual spaces. The future is now.
For this special shoot, we transferred the design of select sneaker models on skin. The airbrush technique applied by artist Sutida created a unique camouflage look. It also allowed us to present the sneakers from Nike, New Balance, Asics and adidas in the center of attention. The high-end and sleek styling added another layer to this production. We joined up with the living fashion legend Yohji Yamamoto for a Design Talk after his latest fashion show in Paris. While patiently fielding our questions and posing for hundreds of photos, Yamamoto-san offered a glimpse into the mind of a truly unique thinker and designer.
CAMPAIGN SHOOT IN CAPE TOWN
Conception, planning and realization of a campaign photo shoot as a reprint of the 2016 campaign. Since TRANSITIONS lenses are phototropic we wanted to make sure to have lots of sunlight during the production day – in mid december not the easiest task in northern hemisphere, so we hopped to South Africa and rented a mansion in Cape Town’s platinum road ‘Higgovale’, the perfect location offering clean, architectural indoor and outdoor situations for bright and dark lenses.
Mats Hummels Portraits
Football boots are becoming more and more like sneakers – colorful and beautifully designed and even rare. In order to get this message across and introduce the freshly released ACE16 football boot, we met World Champion player Mats Hummels. We talked about his longtime partnership with adidas, his favorite football boot and of course his passion for sneakers. Munich’s central defender loves to play the ACE16 – so we portrayed him alongside his shoe of choice from the „Stellar Pack“. Photographer: Marco Justus Schöler.
Conception, planning and realization of a photo shoot combined with luxury brand PORSCHE DESIGN. The shoot was carried out with the Parisian model Bianca O’Brien and included various glasses from the lighthouse collection. The idea was to play with space and lights to compliment the label’s products. Alongside the people-shoot we also created various still life pictures.

High-end still life photography is one of our specialties. When Le Coq Sportif asked us to shoot models from their sneaker range, we made sure to get across more than just the premium look.
